apa lagi...i order la a plate full of salad with chicken
at first bite...hmm...yummy...
makan...

& makan lagi...
mayonis & ayam dah makin kurang dlm pinggan
tapi...
salad cam x abis2 jek...
rasanya cam da banyak kali sumbat salad dalam mulut ni..huhu..
x pe.....cuba lagi.....
cuba lagi menyumbat salad2 ni
(mulut da rasa sgt tawar da ni..tp still sabar jek..)
selang seli makan & minum air
plain water jek..
( no sugar...good for health..ngueh3..)

x mampu g paksa diri..huhu..
noted: tiada ayam yg tinggal dlm plate tu..hehe..
p/s: i felt so plain@blurr after ate those salad...maybe 'kurang perasa' kot...
klo makan McD rasa hyper skit kot...;p
(memang fail la gini kalau nak amalkan diet seimbang..huu~)
